excellent shopping experience. The following outlines the conditions under which
return/exchange and refund is accepted.

1. Return Policy

• Return is applicable only if you have received a damaged or a defective or an
  incorrect item.
• Customized or Personalized Items are not eligible for return unless there is a
  manufacturing defect.
  Sale Items or discounted items may not be eligible for returns.
• Condition of Items: The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original
  condition. All tags and packaging must be intact.
• Timeframe: Return must be initiated within 5 days after you have received the item.
• Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt/invoice or proof of purchase is required to process
  any return.
• How to initiate a return: To initiate a return email us at hello@hustlersheaven.com
  with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with return
  instructions.
• Self-Ship Process: If the reverse pickup service to your pin code is not available, we
  will request you to ship the item back to Hustlers Heaven at address 20, Dwarkapuri,
  Kotra Road, Bhopal (M.P.) 462003. Carefully pack the item in its original
  packaging and with a valid receipt/invoice or proof of purchase. Ship the item back to
  us using a traceable shipping method.
• Shipping Charges: These charges are non-refundable.

2. Exchange Policy

• Exchange can only be made for the same item in a different size. It cannot be
  exchanged for another design in the same item category or for any other item on our
  website.
•  Customized or Personalized Items are not eligible for exchange.

3. Refunds (Applicable only to returns)

•  Refund Method for Prepaid: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  used to make the purchase.
• Refund Method for COD: The refund will be initiated to the bank account that is
  provided by you at the time of raising the return request.
• Processing Time: Refunds may take 7 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank or
  payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account
• Shipping Charges: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

•  Check Your Bank Account: Refunds may take some time to appear in your account.
•  Contact Your Credit Card Company: Some credit card companies may take
  additional time to post the refund.
